Hi, I’m Regina — a birth photographer, certified birth doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator based in western North Dakota. I’ve spent the last 12+ years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and those hazy early postpartum days, and I’ve had the honor of attending more than 200 births along the way. I’m deeply passionate about physiological birth, informed choice, and helping parents trust their bodies and instincts—especially in moments that feel intense, vulnerable, or overwhelming. My background in hands-on birth support and lactation care shapes everything I do, whether I’m documenting a birth or walking alongside families as they prepare for baby. At the heart of my work is bearing witness—to strength, tenderness, and the very real, very human way families come into being. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at home with my husband and four kids, tending to a good book, sourdough, garden, or any number of granny hobbies.
