We need some one to help my wife through first time being a mom and help at night time

(Husband here) August 3rd my wife (primary/first language mainland mandarin) had an emergency c-section for an induced labor at 39 weeks pregnant. The birthing plan was to be natural and to breastfeed but unfortunately that has been challenging, primarily due to our son having a short hotel type stay in Nicu for the first 24 hours. Since our stay we’ve learned an incredible amount on how to be primitive parents but would love all the support and guidance offered. A large need that would like to be addressed is female support and/or knowledge on cesarean recovery. Also if possible help with the household chores while recovering would be great, mainly including infant clothes washing and dishes. I think we’d be willing to try everything. In general we are first time parents and are open to advice but our doula and 86 nurse at our stay at hotel Kaiser did everything but help. As far as the parenting - we currently are giving Cathy (wife) a recovery break since she never took one. For the last few days our son is on formula but at very least we’ve made a solid attempt at breastfeeding. I believe he’s latching but no milk or potentially our son is throwing hands. He has not fully fed off of the breast yet but has suckled a small amount. For the most part he’s on breast milk through bottles though. He sleeps around 20 hours religiously wakes up calmly every 2-3 hours for snacks and a new diaper. Today he is 15 days and in the last 24 hours has started to what we hope to be a cluster feed at an abnormal rate (3 or 4 times). He’s also been very vocal on those cluster feedings when he wakes gets progressively louder than normal till his burrito wrap. As far as service we are willing to pay out of pocket to receive the right support but I think are in essence window shopping at the moment trying to figure out what is needed outside of the immediate cesarean recovery

Hello, we are looking for a night nurse to come help us out three or more nights a week to help us maintain some type of regularity for sleep schedules as well as help to sleep train the baby so we can get off to a healthy and well rested start with our new little one I’ll be giving birth at Kaiser in elk Grove, California I’m not sure how to budget something like this as I’ve never had a nightmare before, but my guess is this would last 12 weeks with 3-5 nights a week help needed. Again we’ve never done this so not sure what the standards are requirements are open to having a conversation.
