I am 38 years old and pregnant with my last child. I want to be able to labor naturally for once and not have to worry about the medical staff harassing me and telling me to do things their way. I want someone who help my husband fight and advocate for me while I try and do what's important and focus on me and baby. This will be my last chance at a possible vaginal birth and I want to make that happen. I want to attempt TOLAC, and i need the support from a professional to help me succeed.

I plan to give birth in a birthing center in the hospital. I am unsure of my estimated budget. I have a loose birth plan so far and I’m just seeing if it’s feasible to have an additional support person in the delivery room with me.

We are planning to have a home (maybe a water) birth. Our budget is around 6,000-7,000. Our pregnancy will be at 9 weeks on Wednesday Feb. 4th. As it is our first pregnancy, we will be leaning on professionals for guidance. Possibly dealing with BV (have a history of that) and want to be seen for that before too long as we know it can cause complications if left untreated.

Im 23 and pregnant with my first. To be honest im genuinely terrified of every aspect of this experience and it’s causing me to lose so much sleep and stress more than i imagined. I’m planning on a hospital birth with an epidural. I don’t normally tend to fully go the holistic route always. I’m out of work and am relying on my fiancé financially. I know having the emotional support from a doula will help me a lot I’m just not sure I can afford it but I’m taking a look around.

I’m alone here in the state and I’m worried of not being able to take care of my self or the baby in case my delivery was hard. My husband has a lot of work and I might be home alone most of time. I plan on giving birth at brunswick novant health in Bolivia. My due date is July 14th and this is my first pregnancy which has gone perfectly and is lowrisk. I would love to do an unmediated birth where I just use massages, breathing techniques etc. I would like our doula to have around 15+ years of experience and it always helps if they love Jesus like we do! We would really only need them present during active labor, we don’t require them to stay with us the whole time we’re in the hospital or do extra things for us! I would love someone who is great with communication as well so that they can guide me beforehand hand at things i can do to help prepare my body for an easier birth.
