First baby, planning a hospital birth at Kaiser SF. Hoping for an unmedicated birth. I am looking for an experienced Doula who can support me physically, emotionally and spiritually. Someone who is experienced in birth support, and who feels capable of holding the most sacred, steady energy with me to birth in a hospital, which is not my first choice but is supported by my doctor and midwives I asked because I have ITP (low platelets) and they both feel birthing in hospital is safest. I'm a sensitive and strong person, I want the least amount of intervention possible, and I thrive with caring, steady support. I am hoping to work through Kaiser insurance for at least partial coverage.

’m looking for a night doula and received your information through the UHC network. My partner and I are located in the Civic Center area, and we are expecting our baby in April 2027. I’m reaching out to see whether you may have availability around our due date and to learn more about your overnight-support services. In particular, could you share your typical overnight schedule, rates or package options, minimum commitment, and what is generally included during a shift? We are still determining exactly how many nights per week we will need, but are hoping to find someone who can help us get rest while offering practical newborn-care support and guidance during the early weeks.
