About me

Hello and congratulations families! I am a full spectrum doula, educator, and yoga teacher in Hamilton, Ontario. I have a lifetimes of health sciences and educational support from palliative care to Birth and post partum care. I believe no two families are the same and no support plan should be the same. I especially enjoy curating specific unique plans for each of my clients to help support successful, safe and memorable beginnings. This includes one on one meetings prenatally, lots of communication, and prenatal yoga sequences.
