I have a couple questions on how long to breastfeed if my goal is to do formula.
I need help with breastfeeding, I get really bad pain and itching. I also need help getting my milk supply back up .

Nipple pain when latching exclusively on my right side and a shallow latch and fast let down I believe.
My baby can’t latch due to mouth issues such as tongue tie. He can latch but is very shallow and painful as well as not effectively removing milk, he was still losing weight so I’m pumping and using formula however my supply can’t keep up and I need help learning how to effectively pump.
