I'm Having a planned Hospital Birth. NO particular birth plan, no specific requirements for the Doula.

I am planning on giving birth with a midwife at Ogden Regional Hospital. I would like an unmedicated(or low medication), low intervention birth. We are trying to see what prices are realistic. As we are on a tighter budget, so I think $1000 is our cap but would be more comfortable around $600-$800.

I am planning on giving birth at a birthing center. I have Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield as an insurance provider. Budget unknown as of yet.

Probably hospital birth, no epidural. Looking for someone to guide me through movements that will help baby and me progress in labor, help me stay in the right mindset, and provide counterpressure.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. My estimated budget is as close to $0 as I can. I don't know how realistic that is, or if insurance helps cover the cost. I have Medicaid, so the hospital birth bill is taken care of completely by insurance. I am just wanting some extra help and support. This is my second healthy pregnancy. My first was induced and I had an epidural. I plan to go all naturally this time. My birth plan is the following: Comfortable and calming room, limited visitors, intermittent monitoring of the baby, natural pain relief (cold and hot therapy, hypnobirthing, meditation, breathing, shower, tub, TENS unit, etc.), freedom to walk, breathe out my baby and not push, umbilical cord cut after it is not pulsing, protection of golden hour, and breastfeed my baby.

I plan to give birth at the LDS hospital in Salt Lake City. My estimated budget is between $500 to $1500 Looking for someone that can take payments. I plan to labor at home for a bit or have a supportive person besides my partner to help guide me. I would prefer to have my baby natural no medication but I will need the support and education to prepare my body for that

i wanted to give birth in a birthing center but I started seeing a Midwife/OB-GYN at mkay dee hospital ogden and I'm not in love with the experience so far. I want the m out natural birth possible without any medical intervention unless completely necessary but I know giving birth in hospitals they have procedures they automatically follow so I need someone to be my advocate and make sure they follow my birth plan. ideally I want a vaginal birth with laughing gas no epidural

Planning of giving birth in Davis county (Layton or Ogden). I've never had a doula but would like to possibly find something in the 1500 range for some lead up to the deliver and delivery support. I'm hoping for VBAC. My birth experience on my first pregnancy was not as supportive as I was hoping from the medical team. Hoping to find someone how can help bridge my natural preferences with the medical mind.

I plan to give birth at Intermountain Layton hospital at the "Simply Birth" center and have a natural, unmedicated water birth. I plan to use water, breathing techniques, counterpressure, and quiet/darkness for pain management. It is my first baby so I would appreciate someone experienced who can help me advocate for myself throughout labor. I live in Mountain Green, Utah. My estimated budget is $1500. I am not looking for postpartum care or extensive care during pregnancy, mainly someone who can assist me during the labor itself.

I plan on giving birth at LDS hospital in SLC. I’m taking hypnobirthing classes, and hoping to give birth in a tub. My husband won’t be present, but my mom will, she doesn’t speak Spanish so I’m hoping to find someone bilingual, but if that’s not possible I’m okay with that. I am seeing an OBGYN at the University of Utah hospital here in Salt Lake but I am searching for a doula that could advocate for my more natural leaning birth plan in case I am unable to do so. This is my first baby and I am more wholistic minded but do not completely trust that the hospital will respect my wishes and I am hoping to find someone that will be consistent with my wishes and advocate for them where needed. I am also looking for someone that is covered by Aetna insurance.

My wife and I are expecting our first child in Late September. We have family here in the valley but we've been advised on the benefits of hiring a doula for both the birthing and postpartum phases. My wife has expressed to me the difficulties she's had with managing anxieties about things that can go wrong so any resources we can use to prepare for both pre and post partum depression would be something we're interested in too. We'd like to have those resources identified and ready to take advantage of before we need them. We are currently planning on scheduling the birth at IMC.

Hospital birth, 300/400 dollar budget, want an unmedicated vaginal birth, a provider who has certification

This is our first baby. Would love someone to show us at home care, to make sure we are doing everything correctly. We are also scared on handling new born baby. We would like a doula at least for few weeks after the baby is born. Sleep training is a must.

My wife and I aren’t 100% sure of needs yet but we plan to deliver in hospital with our obgyn and then will likely want some help at home in the postpartum phase. Not sure if this means 5-7 days a week or 2 or what yet…. Hoping to understand better potential services and associated costs. Might want some help with overnights but likely day time could suffice as well. Ideally spending a couple thousand a month or so for a few months.
