I plan to breastfeed and am open to a mix of pumped milk and support that aligns with establishing milk supply. We are looking for someone calm, experienced with newborns, and comfortable working independently overnight. Our budget is flexible based on experience and schedule.

I have a 3year old that will not sleep through the night. He will when he stays with family. I k is it a comfort thing. As much as I love cuddling him I need a full nights sleep. I think if he was waking up to a new person it could help us sleep train him. Ideally someone with sleep training experience.
