Birth location: Swedish Issaquah Would like to try an unmedicated birth but not against pain medications if pain becomes unbearable or there is risk to me or baby. I would really like hydrotherapy + to give birth in a kneeling / hands and knees position if possible.

I’m considering home birth and birth center options. Secondary option is Overlake hospital. I prefer least amount of medical intervention as possible.

I want dim / relaxing environment while laboring. As well as having a golden hour and delayed cord clamping till umbilical cord is no longer pulsating and white in color. Im hoping to find someone who take my insurance: Molina apple health.
