Hello, my daughter is expecting for first time and is terrified of all entails, though very excited for baby. She's 12 weeks and has so much morning sickness. She's also not good with getting blood drawn gives her major anxiety. Last time they tried I hospital she was so freaked out she moved and it busted. She's wanting to have baby as naturally as possible. So I'm trying to help get information. I had 2 c sections but would love for her to have this kind of more peaceful experience. I am seeking a doula who can accept my insurance. I am limited funds but seriously seeking help in Wichita Falls. I just recently moved here a few weeks and been very busy with scheduling appointments for my health and for my baby girl that is due in December. Im 27 years old currently 20 weeks pregnant. This will be my third baby, My first baby I had to have a c section after laboring for almost 20 hours going up to 8cm dilated no epidural but baby was breech. So we ended with a c section (aug 2019). Second baby was a scheduled c section due ti previously having a c section (aug 2021) i was scheduled to have it at 1pm but ended up going in way earlier because when j was at registration and walking up to my prep room my water broke and i had contractions starting. Delivering in the birthing center at Mercy in OKC. I am a plus size woman and my blood pressure is slightly elevated. Not labeled as a “high risk” pregnancy. I wanted to go to the midwife program, but my BMI is too high to qualify. I’m wanting a birthing experience that requires very little medical interventions and is as natural as possible. My husband is a people pleaser, so a second person who can help hold boundaries and help show him how he can be helpful would be great! I have no idea on prices or budgeting. Just trying to see what the prices are in the area for right now.
