I’m in a season of trying to enjoy it all and make sure this time around I have endless support through my process. I need help with a birth plan. I know I want to try unmedicated, I want to set the mood in my delivery room with blue lights, aroma therapy and white noise or nature sounds. I plan to deliver using the squat bar method and I do want to use a mirror to see it all. I just want to be present, safe, healthy and feel in control.

I plan to give birth at Saint Francis Hospital down in Tulsa. I have Soonerselect (Oklahoma Complete Health). My plan is to avoid the epidural and be as mobile as I can during labor/birth. I am a Christian as well so someone who also shares the same beliefs would be wonderful! I want to use music, dim lighting, and have a calm environment during labor as well. Hospital because it’s my first baby, but I want it all natural, I don’t want nurses disturbing me all the time I want to let my body do what it needs. I want dim lighting and calming sounds or worship music playing. I want it at the hospital just in case but don’t really want it to feel like i’m at the hospital
