I am a first time young mom looking for some extra support and encouragement during both prenatal and postpartum stages. I have so much to learn, and am very interested in someone who is versatile in their practice. I plan to give birth at a hospital and would love a doula, along with my partner there to support me. I would love someone to advocate my needs and be there to execute a strong, peaceful presence. Yoga, healthy eating, photography, and massage therapy would be a bonus! As this is my first time I do not have a set budget, although I am looking for someone who is comfortable with the process of being paid through Kaiser. To my understanding this service is fairly new and does not have a set limit however, I believe in full transparency and any other service outside of what Kaiser will pay I have full intentions of paying for based on an agreed rate.

I would like to give birth at home or in a birthing center within 30 minutes of my location in a water bath from labor to delivery. My focus is on keeping costs low and access to a payment plan if necessary.

Planning for a hospital birth as a first time mom. Im looking for a patient advocate who will respect my non invasive birth plan including denying vaccinations during my hospital stay, trying for a natural birth, and a calm environment.
