I’m looking to deliver with a midwife, either at a birth center or at home. This is my second pregnancy. My first birth was at a birth center. We had no complications.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure during my first trimester, which is currently being managed with a low-dose medication. While I’m still determined to birth at home, I want to be prepared for the possibility of needing to transfer to the hospital if necessary. I would appreciate having a doula who can help facilitate communication and potentially act as a buffer between me and hospital staff if a transfer becomes necessary, ensuring my birth plan and wishes are respected. I am committed to having a natural birth with minimal to no interventions. In the event of a hospital transfer, I do not want any unnecessary interventions or vaccinations for my baby, and I would love for you to help advocate for these preferences if the need arises. I’m looking for emotional and physical support during labor, as well as help with comfort measures like breathing techniques, massage, positioning. I value a calm, reassuring presence and would love a doula who can guide both me and my partner through the process.

I plan to birth at a hospital, was wondering if covered by Medi Cal? I don’t have a birth plan yet, but want it to feel as home like as possible. Very holistically in tuned.

All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer! Postpartum care - we have Tricare

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out.
