Beforehand I would like a doula that can tell me the changes in my body in my third trimester, and what actions I need to take to make birth easier to cope with! Somebody that knows the exercises that matter, and how and what I need to do to have a successful NATURAL birth! My birth is supposed to take place in Waco at Baylor Scott and White-Hillcrest but I live in Temple, Tx!

I am looking for an affordable doula who works with first time moms. I plan on having a Hospital birth and am wanting someone who supports me during birth.

I plan on having the baby in the hospital. I would like to stay around $2000. I don’t have a birth plan.

I plan to give birth at the mission trails Baptist hospital. This my 2nd baby and my plan is to go unmedicated. I think what I really need is just positive reinforcement when I’m feeling like I cant.

I am planning an unmediated assisted home birth. I want to utilize hypnobirthing meditation throughout my birthing process and intentional movements. My budget is under 1k.

I’m in need of a doula who can help me prepare my body for and give a natural birth. This is my fourth child. I have fibromyalgia and each of my children was born in a hospital with an epidural. I would like to avoid having to do that. There is a slight risk of shoulder distocia but I’ve only had an issue with the first child because the doctor panicked and ended up breaking my son’s arm. The other two were delivered healthy with no issues. I’m good with staying active and eating pretty healthy. My third child was actually delivered in a triage room with no Ob or doctor present. He was delivered by six nurses and a lactation consultant. I have superior Medicaid and I’m having to find a doctor late due to moving around too much.

Having medical support readily available gives me peace of mind, but I’m also hoping to create a calm and supportive environment that allows for a positive, empowering birth experience. My estimated budget for doula services is around $800-$950. I’m open to discussing packages or flexible options depending on what services are included! I’m hoping for a birth environment that feels peaceful and encouraging, with support that helps me stay grounded and confident. I value clear communication, gentle encouragement, and someone who can advocate for my preferences if needed.
