1. Hospital 2. $2,000 3. To have a natural birth without interventions.
Hello, I would like to know do you work in the San Marcos area? I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, and my pregnancy is considered high-risk due to a large cervical polyp. The birth will take place in San Marcos, and as a first-time mom, I would really value support in aiming for a natural, unmedicated birth. Thank you!

Scripps Encinitas Looking for someone covered under Tricare Looking to go naturally
I will be using my UHC Healthcare HMO plan to cover the doula cost. I plan to birth at Scripps Encinitas. Planning on a medicated vaginal birth. Want delayed cord clamping.
We are planning on a home birth for our first child this August. We would like to use our insurance to cover the cost of a doula, we currently have a Blue Shield HMO plan. We would like this birth to be as positive and as natural as possible with little to no intervention, but understand hospital transfers do happen and that’s perfectly ok. I would really like a doula to help guide me and encourage/empower me to believe in my body’s natural ability to give birth at home. Attending the birth will be two midwives, my husband and my mom, and possibly a doula!
Encinitas scripps, Epidural. I have a toddler and no family in town or able to come and help. I want to make sure I have another support person in case my husband cant make it to hospital for birth.

1. Scripps Memorial La Jolla First time mom, anxiety with giving birth.
I plan to give birth in a hospital and am looking for a doula to help me advocate for myself, as well as assist me in learning crucial birth prep info and coming up with a plan! I do not have one in place yet. Estimated budget is $3000, hoping to use ChampVA insurance.
This is my 3rd baby and the first time I was hoping to work with a birth/postpartum doula. I have two boys and another on the way. I am planning a hospital birth and am hoping for an advocate I am comfortable with to be there as a support person along the way and after having our baby. I am in need of someone who is contracted with Kaiser Permanente HMO.
Unmedicated birth education and coping skills, coaching during birth, advocacy during birth
I will be giving birth at the Naval hospital in Camp Pendleton. Hoping to find someone who is covered under my insurance-Tricare prime. I am trying for an unmedicated birth, but am open to intervention if things aren’t proceeding as planned. Still in need of education for myself and partner for birth prep. I am a NICU nurse, but husband wants to be involved. I am used to the baby side of things, but not laboring!! Also would love lactation advice after.
I plan to give birth at a hospital. Kaiser Permanente is my health insurance provider. I would like a natural birth, delayed chord clamping and am planning on taking my placenta home. This is my first child and still don't have a full birth plan.
I’d like a few visits prior to birth for planning and prep work, a doula to come with me to the hospital on the day of birth, and then 2 visits post partum for breastfeeding education. Ideally under $2k
- Scripps La Jolla - Unsure of budget - Unsure of birth plan - to be determined with doula - 10+ years, english
My goal is a low intervention VBAC. Open to either home or hospital—but I am leaning towards laboring at home for as long as I can before giving birth at a hospital. I am in search of a Midwife or Monitrice (LM or CPM perhaps?) who can help me labor safely at home (provide fetal monitoring, look for signs of rupture, preform cervical exams if necessary.) Thank you very much for your time!
