We are looking for a Doula to help us during the birth if applicable and a few hours a week postpartum to give mom and I a break. We will be giving birth via induction on May 15, 2026 at 1:30pm at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in San Francisco, California. Kaiser allows $3,900 in coverage so that is our budget. We would like the provider to be certified and at least 5 years of hands on experience, My wife will be 37 (few days away from 38) during time of birth but no special needs are necessary. During birth, a provider than can give additional support (massages, care for Mom so Dad can rest if needed, help answer questions/educate us).
