Qualifications: Previous experience as a newborn care specialist, newborn nurse, or similar role. Knowledge of infant care and comfort techniques. Ability to work independently and responsibly during nighttime hours. Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. About Our Home: Avery has a comfortable nursery with an adult bed facing her bassinette, a small fridge, a table with a bottle warmer, and of course her changing station. The nursery has a large window with great light. There's no need to climb up and down any stairs--our home is all on one-floor except for the ADU.

Hi, I am due on June 11th and am looking for postpartum doula services that include belly binding, vaginal steaming, and Mayan abdominal massage. I would love to know the pricing and how many sessions are typically offered. Additionally, I am also looking for a nighttime doula. Do you offer overnight support, and what are the rates and availability for that? Do you provide these services at home, and is there a recommended timeframe for them?

This is my first baby. I have never intended to be a mom so this is all brand new. I am very coachable. I am very go with the flow, so if I can give birth without meds to make it go faster and move around, great! If the pain is too much and I feel I need an epidural, great! I feel like I need a professional to tell me what's up and give me advice during the birthing process. There is so much information I'm trying to absorb and it's a bit much. I also will need help with life adjustments after the baby is born. Routines, feeding schedule, any tips, tricks, pointers on pretty much everything! I plan on having the baby at Mills-Peninsula medical center in Burlingame. My birth plan is vague so far. I know I want skin to skin right away and also to keep the placenta attached until there's nothing left in it, but these are already default procedures at the hospital. I need a bit of help with a birth plan because I have no idea what to expect or what my options even are! I'm not sure my budget, that we will have to discuss? I need to understand more of what I need and how this works.
