I'm a Los Angeles birth/postpartum doula, Certified lactation counselor and a belly binding specialist. I believe that birth is sacred making it one of the most vulnerable times in our life, my duty is to protect that. I'm the birth coach guiding you, helping you understand the physiological process of birth, your birth rights and helping you through postpartum. Being a mom of two helps me understand deeper what someone may need during these times. My philosophy is "hold the mother so she can then hold her baby".

As an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), CLC, and Certified Postpartum Doula, my passion lies in educating, supporting, and holding space for all parents of newborn(s), especially around feeding. My trainings and experience provide me the opportunity to teach prenatal classes for expecting parents, of which I usually do privately in-home, and counsel families 1:1 with lactation support. Some of my specialities and services revolve around my knowledge of how to build a lactation foundation in the early weeks, care for a newborn, support the parent(s) based on their individual needs, and create infant routines. I currently work as an educator teaching lactation foundation and newborn care prenatal classes, as a lactation consultant, and as a nighttime postpartum doula, and I love every second of it!

I am a birth doula who specializes in unmedicated births. I love supporting women and their partners in the process of welcoming a new life into the world. I have two kids myself (one medicated, one unmedicated) so I fully know what childbirth feels like and am able to support moms in a specialized way. I’m Allie Rose, a passionate and dedicated doula inspired by my own journey into motherhood. One of my biggest joys in life is my first born, my daughter, Quincy Rose.
