Hi Parents, congratulations! I’m happy to offer my PostPartum Doula services to You & your Family. I love holding space during this transitional time & supporting you through the 1st 42 days/4th trimester! I’m a Mom of 5 so understand all about families. I’m trained through the Ayurvedic Lense allowing me to offer nourishing foods, & calming bodywork to assist your recovery & support you & your family’s new normal.

What to expect

I offer full support for the Mama, Baby & family. This includes nourishing & healthy meals that assist with balancing hormones, bodywork to help with releasing post-birth stress, hands-on assistance with baby to allow the parents time to integrate into the new life, assistance in the home with light baby related tasks, assistance with siblings & partner, support with breast or bottle feeding, baby massage, provide comfort & rest for the new Parent, listen, offer resources & referrals
