Our experience with Melanie was nothing short of exceptional. Melanie was our NCS from the day our son was born until 6 months of age. She truly operated as the Lead NCS for our household, setting the standard for everyone else and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Her level of organization was outstanding. Melanie was always proactive about keeping me informed on anything that needed restocking and made sure our home was consistently well prepared and fully supplied.
Melanie’s commitment to hygiene and safety was a huge stand out for us. She maintained the highest standards of cleanliness in caring for our newborn and was incredibly diligent about safe sleep practices at all times, which gave us real peace of mind. Every night, she provided thoughtful, consistent updates so we always knew exactly how our son was doing.
Melanie also took the initiative to organize and coordinate the nightly schedule between myself and the other staff, ensuring everyone was aligned and that care was consistent. All of our son’s feeding, sleeping, and changing items were always perfectly organized and ready, making everything feel effortless.
Beyond technical skills, Melanie brought a level of professionalism and leadership that elevated our entire household. She truly ran a well-managed, attentive, and calm environment for our son, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and structure she provided during such an important time. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and generous with sharing her expertise; not only does she
have keen insight into infant behavior and best practices, but she also provided thoughtful
recommendations for equipment and products we might want to consider to make our lives
easier. She helped us pack our diaper bag for our first pediatrician appointment, and shared tips
and advice on what we might want to keep in mind for once our child is older.
On a logistical note, it was always easy to communicate with Melanie and we appreciated her
flexibility when our baby came earlier than expected.

Melanie was our night nurse for our son from the first night we came home from the hospital until he was about 4 months old. She was an incredible support the moment she arrived. If I could give Melanie more than 5 stars, I would. She’s amazing. I used her for both of my babies. She helps you prepare for them, helps you feel confident when they come because of her energy and experience, trained us in CPR, and helped get both of them on an amazing sleep schedule (they both still sleep all night- 12 hours). I can’t recommend her enough. We were lucky to have her (she was the first call we made with both pregnancies to make sure we booked her).
