About me

Hello 🙂 My name is Marchael, and I am from Pomona, California. My journey into becoming a doula stem from my deep love for natural birth, witnessing the beauty of babies being born, and providing support to women during pregnancy and labor. Before pursuing formal training as a doula, I had the privilege of attending three hospital births. These experiences sparked a profound interest in natural childbirth and fueled my passion for supporting mothers during this transformative time. I began following midwives and doulas on social media sites such as YouTube and Instagram, truly immersing myself in their knowledge and practices. It was during this time that I realized I was drawn to this field. A close friend asked me to be her doula and without hesitation, I said yes. That experience solidified my desire to pursue formal training and turn this passion into a career. My background as a nanny for babies aged 6 weeks to 2 years, in addition to my time working as a travel nanny, has given me valuable experience in caring for infants and supporting families. I’ve always been naturally welcoming, positive, nurturing, and supportive. Qualities that I believe align perfectly with the role of a doula. These personal attributes, combined with my hands-on experience and love for natural birth, have confirmed that this is my true calling. I am thrilled and look forward to helping your family navigate the beautiful journey of welcoming your little blessings into the world.
