Postpartum Preparation & Virtual Support
Prepare for your postpartum journey with personalized education and support. Services include newborn care education, emotional support, and lactation education and guidance to help you feel more confident and prepared for life with your new baby. Virtual postpartum support is available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance during the transition into parenthood.
Childbirth Education & Doula Support
Prepare for birth with personalized childbirth education and support from a trained doula. Learn what to expect during labor and delivery while developing practical tools to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared. Support may include: Understanding the stages of labor and what to expect Comfort measures, breathing, movement, and positioning techniques Discussing birth preferences and creating a birth plan Information about common medical interventions and pain management options Preparing for hospital or birth-center procedures Partner support and ways your support person can participate Emotional support and reassurance throughout pregnancy and labor Guidance on when to contact your provider or go to the hospital Preparation for different birth experiences, including vaginal birth and C-section
Virtual Pregnancy Loss Support
Compassionate virtual support for individuals and families experiencing pregnancy loss, regardless of the circumstances or stage of pregnancy. Support may include emotional support, compassionate listening, resources, and guidance as you navigate your loss and the days and weeks that follow. Support is available for miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, abortion, ectopic pregnancy, and other pregnancy or infant losses. You do not have to navigate this experience alone.
