About me

As a mom of three, Sarah is passionate about creating equitable, empowered birth experiences for all her clients. She was inspired to become a labor doula after seeing the gaps in support for pregnant and birthing people as well as new parents. Sarah is passionate about helping to provide her clients with the agency to have a positive birth experience, no matter what that looks like! In her free time, Sarah is an avid reader, cultivates her vegetable garden, and loves to spend time with her three girls and husband.

With a combination of warmth and friendliness with evidence-based labor support techniques, I have supported all types of births. My only goal is that you leave your birth experience feeling empowered.
