I need a pre and postpartum doula that takes Medi-Cal Insurance.

5 week old gets frustrated breastfeeding and sometimes only eats for a short time. Baby is also bottle fed breast milk and formula. Sometimes it doesn't seem like his mouth opens wide enough for a good latch. Also want help with incorporating pumping. In-person visit initially. Blue Shield PPO. 250-300 budget.

I’m not producing enough milk I’m 1 week postpartum, I want to know if my baby is latching properly

My son is almost 4 weeks. I have a great supply and his latch is excellent, he unfortunately doesn’t get full from my breasts for an unknown reason. We have done every method from keeping him awake to switching breasts etc… but my breastmilk in a bottle fills him up greatly. I need help and want to do a weighted feed to figure out the issue asap as I’m at my wits end!

4 day old with shallow latch. Milk is coming in but he isn’t able to pull it out. Having to supplement with formula. Want to also evaluate for tongue ties.

First-time mom planning a hospital birth at Pomona Valley Hospital and looking for a birth/postpartum doula with a practical, evidence-based approach. I would like support during pregnancy with education, preparing for labor, helping me understand my options, and creating a birth plan/preferences document. During labor, I’m looking for someone calm and supportive who can help me advocate for myself, ask questions, and help me process decisions without pressure unless medically necessary. Postpartum support is my biggest priority. I would like help with recovery, breastfeeding/pumping support, newborn guidance, emotional reassurance, and preparing to return to work as an elementary teacher. I am hoping to breastfeed/pump and would value someone knowledgeable about lactation and pumping for working moms. I am open to holistic approaches as long as they are grounded in research and evidence-based care. I am not looking for an anti-medical approach and am comfortable with hospital care and interventions when medically necessary. I am looking for a birth and postpartum doula that is covered by Kaiser insurance, who is very knowledgeable about the birth process, potential complications and newborn care, who is open to attending hospitals births. I am planning to give birth at Kaiser South Bay Harbor City. I would like to labor at home with my partner and the doula for as long as possible until it’s time to go to the hospital.
