I had my baby girl almost 3 weeks ago. The first week we breast-fed, and then we found out after a week that almost none of the milk was actually transferring, and she had lost a bunch of weight. So we had to switch to bottle feeding and pumping for a week until her tongue tie surgery. My pediatrician thought that her issues breast-feeding are most likely from a tongue tie. We had the tongue tie surgery four days ago. Eating has not been magically fixed. She still gets frustrated a lot even when we better feed her and takes a long time to eat. We’ve been trying to re introduce breast-feeding to her for the last four days, but she mostly screams at the breast, so now I’m doing five minutes of breast-feeding, then bottle feeding, then pumping. We have to get 2 ounces if fortified breast milk into her per feeding and it can take a long time. I’m exhausted. I’m looking for someone to help transition back to breast-feeding also for someone to help during the nights, because it can take an hour to get her to go back to sleep after she’s fed, I would like for her to learn to fall asleep when we put her down. We’re looking for someone with a good amount of reviews and recommendations and will consider their pricing!
