Sara is a pediatric sleep consultant based in Dallas who loves supporting exhausted families and parents all over the world. She guides families to teach their little ones to sleep so everyone in the family gets the rest they need. She creates customized sleep plans for her clients, and accompanies them through the sleep teaching process so families reach their sleep goals as quickly as possible.

I offer 1:1 sleep coaching to help your children learn the skill of independent sleep. I work with prenatal mamas to children 12 years of age. No mater the age, we can get your child sleeping with gentle, nurturing approaches.
