About Sara
Hi, I'm Sara - a Registered Dietitian, pediatric feeding specialist, and Certified LEAP therapist. And a Mama of 3! I have been an RD for 8 years. I started my career in the hosptial, primarily in ICU, but quickly transitioned to the community where I work in Early Intervention and help children with developmental and/or growth delays. I continue to work I in Early Intervention but started ASPIRING SPROUTS NUTRITION, my private practice, fall of 2021. Now I get to help the WHOLE family including helping moms manage their own chronic inflammation and wellness goals. I help the whole family eat, grow, and thrive by empowering mothers to view their family's nutrition with a sustainable, realistic, and responsive approach. To learn more about me, visit my website.
