Hi, I’m Sarah. I provide calm, dependable newborn and postpartum support for families during those exhausting first weeks and months after birth. My focus is helping parents feel more rested, supported, and confident at home. I specialize in overnight newborn care, including feeding support according to the family’s plan, diapering, soothing, settling, bottle and pump-part cleanup, and keeping simple overnight notes so parents can rest knowing their baby is being cared for attentively. I bring a strong background in education, so I naturally enjoy explaining things clearly, helping families build routines, and supporting parents, preventing overwhelm. Complimentary meet-and-greet available before booking so we can discuss your family’s needs, routines, and expectations and make sure the fit feels right. A full overnight of calm, attentive newborn support so you can get meaningful rest. Care may include feeding according to your established plan, diapering, burping, soothing and settling, bottle or pump-part cleanup, and simple notes on feeds and diapers. I follow your routines and preferences and provide a steady, reassuring presence throughout the night.

3-Night Overnight Newborn Support

Three 8-hour overnight shifts each week designed to give parents consistent, meaningful rest during the newborn stage. Care may include feeding according to your established plan, diapering, burping, soothing and settling, bottle or pump-part cleanup, and simple overnight notes. I provide a calm, dependable presence and follow your family’s routines and preferences throughout the night.

1-Month Overnight Newborn Support — 3 Nights/Week

Three 8-hour overnight shifts each week for four weeks, giving your family consistent newborn support and protected time for rest during the early postpartum period. Care may include feeding according to your established plan, diapering, burping, soothing and settling, bottle or pump-part cleanup, and simple overnight notes. I follow your family’s routines and preferences and provide a calm, dependable presence throughout the night. 12 overnight shifts • 96 total hours

What does overnight newborn support include?

Overnight support may include feeding according to your established plan, diapering, burping, soothing, settling, bottle or pump-part cleanup, and simple notes on feeds and diapers. My goal is to help you get meaningful rest while your baby is cared for attentively and according to your preferences.

What hours do you typically work overnight?

My standard overnight shift is 8 hours. Exact start and end times can be arranged based on your family’s routine and needs. 10 or 12 hour shifts available upon request

Do you support breastfeeding families?

Yes. I can bring baby to you for feeds, handle diapering and resettling afterward, and clean pump parts or bottles as needed. I follow the feeding plan you and your healthcare providers have established.

Do you bottle-feed overnight?

Yes, if that is part of your baby’s established feeding plan. I can prepare and give bottles according to your instructions and safely clean feeding equipment afterward.

What if my baby cries a lot or has a difficult night?

Difficult nights are exactly when a calm, levelheaded presence can help most. I focus on soothing, staying patient, and keeping you informed while following your baby’s cues and your family’s preferences.

Do you offer a meet-and-greet before booking?

Yes. I’m happy to arrange a complimentary meet-and-greet before care begins so we can get to know each other, talk through your baby’s routine and your expectations, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I believe families should feel confident about the person they’re welcoming into their home, especially during such a personal and vulnerable season.
