About me

I’m a homeschooling mom of 4 and wife to my husband Luke. I love Jesus and I am a deeply empathetic person. I believe in the sanctity of life, that all human beings are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that birth is not something to be feared. I enjoy camping, fishing, riding bikes, and finding cool parks with my kids. My favorite things: iced coffee (always iced), deep conversations, & small town shops. I’ve always been fascinated at the miracle of pregnancy and birth and the perfection of a newborn. After my own experience with a doula, I knew I wanted to provide that same encouragement and help to other moms. My goal is to love and serve expectant mothers and families with exceptional support and to help them have a birth experience they can feel good about. I am here to help you navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence, education, and joy.

Sarah from Revered Birth was SOOO amazing to my boyfriend and i for our first baby, our daughter! We are so blessed to have her support throughout our first birthing experience, as well as capturing our memories; maternity photos before our girl arrived earth-side, labor photos, and delivery photos!! Sarah is probably one of the most realest, remarkable doulas you will ever meet! She was basically my go-to throughout my whole pregnancy and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. Her support during labor and delivery was amazing and very useful for my anxiety ridden self and she got me into the “zone” to deliver my baby and get through it all! We will definitely be going back to her for our future babies! 🥰💗

I’m so thankful to have had Sarah as my birthing doula. We were excited to become first time parents alongside Sarah starting off her career as a doula! She reassured us and answered all our questions leading up to our birth, so we felt we had the resources we needed. Even though our birth didn’t start quite as planned, Sarah coached us through what we needed to do and was by our side every step of the way. Her encouragement and calmness comforted me during the hardest moments of labor. I also appreciate the photos and videos that documented our experience, something I can look back on. We are grateful for Sarah in helping us bring our baby boy into this world!

Sarah supported my birth as my main birth partner. I became pregnant in a very traumatic way and chose to see the pregnancy through. Sarah was the kindest and most gentle person to have by my side. She provided education, emotional, and hands on support through pregnancy, labor/birth, and postpartum. She became a friend through the process and will be someone special in my life forever.

Sarah is such a knowledgeable resource!!! I used her for my 4th baby and my first unmedicated birth and I could NOT have done it without her. We talked a lot during pregnancy on ways to help prepare my mind and body for a physiological birth. She was great at encouraging my husband to be involved. I highly recommend Sarah, she’s a gem!!!

Initially my husband and I were unsure if having a doula was the right choice for us, but having gone through birth with Sarah at our side we wouldn’t do it any other way. We asked Sarah to be a part of our pregnancy pretty late in the process but she didn’t hesitate to jump right in. She quickly made time to get to know us and our birth plan and then kept in touch until it was go time. She was very attentive while I labored at home, helping with counter pressure, tracking contractions and giving us advice on positioning to get more comfortable. Sarah was 100% an integral part of my birth team! I’m not sure we would have stuck to our birth plan had she not been there with encouragement. Having a doula made myself and my husband much calmer and more confident in what we were doing. She even gifted us with a short birth video of the process, which brought my husband and I to tears. We will cherish that video forever. Besides being there for the birth, Sarah was also helpful postpartum. She was available for all my first-time parent questions and concerns. And then provided a postpartum home visit to make sure we were settling in ok. Sarah is easy going, kind and (as a mother of 4 herself) able to relate to what you’re going through. 10/10 I would highly recommend her services!
