Hi! I am a Naturopathic Doctor and IBCLC, focused on providing inclusive, judgement-free support for infant feeding. I'm also the founder of Your Downtown Doula is a collective of Naturopathic Doulas who provide education and support throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We believe that every family deserves a positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.

I am a Naturopathic Doctor and IBCLC, providing support in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Including prenatal lactation education, virtual lactation support in Ontario and in-home lactation support in the GTA. I am inclusive and non-judgemental, my goal is to help you meet your infant feeding goals, whatever they look like! My services are covered under naturopathic benefits.

Packages

Prenatal Lactation Education

Includes a 30 minute virtual consultation and access to a comprehensive online lactation course that gives you all the information you need to feel confident about breastfeeding. Recommended for the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Virtual Lactation Support

A 90 minute to 2 hour virtual consult where we will discuss any feeding issues you're having. I will provide specific recommendations based on your history and what you're currently experiencing with baby.
