About Sophia

I'm Sophia, but most people know me as the "Boob Doctor." I'm a Naturopathic Doctor who believes healthcare should be compassionate, supportive, and maybe even include a little laughter along the way. My journey into naturopathic medicine began through my own health challenges, when I realized I wasn't finding the answers I needed. Discovering naturopathic care changed my life and inspired me to help others find answers that truly work for them. I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I completed clinical training at the Integrative Cancer Centre and Birthmark Naturopathic Clinic. Before pursuing medicine, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University, a background that continues to shape the way I practice by blending scientific knowledge with creativity, curiosity, and a personalized approach to patient care.

From hormones and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and infant feeding, we provide personalized naturopathic care that combines evidence, experience, and a whole lot of compassion. Care is available virtually or in the comfort of your own home, making it easier to access personalized support wherever you are. We proudly support families throughout Simcoe County, including Barrie, Oro-Medonte, Orillia, and Gravenhurst. We believe healthcare should feel supportive, not overwhelming. Our goal is to help you better understand your body, feel confident in your choices, and have a partner by your side along the way.
