I plan to give birth at the hospital. My budget is $10,000, I would love a doula that works with insurances. My birth plan so far is, I want to go unmedicated if possible, I want a doula who can speak up for me when needed and know what to do, I have a hard time speaking up for myself, especially around medical people. I want an atmosphere that’s calm, no bright overhead lights.

I plan on a natural hospital birth, although I want to learn more about water birth. My budget is fairly low and I’m looking for an insurance covered doula in Massachusetts.

I plan to give birth at Piedmont Columbus Regional - Midtown to twin boys. We were hoping to have a home birth, but with the increased risk of twins, are having a hospital birth. We would love to have someone familiar with general hospital policy as we want to minimize unnecessary medical intervention. I am early on in navigating my first pregnancy. I will be giving birth at UMass Memorial in Worcester, but I live in Charlton, MA. I am interested in having a birth doula and ideally the same candidate to help when we transition to home life for a few hours. Umass Worcester. Looking for someone that takes blue cross insurance. Budget is something we still need to determine. I’m looking to find out how expensive help would be. Mainly looking for someone who would help with birth plan and help advocate during birth/ give me support in labor. I had preeclampsia with first baby and felt unsupported. I want to find someone me and my husband can build trust with and then have them assist us in the delivery room.
