Looking for doula for birth and also postpardum needs

I plan to give birth at UMass Memorial Hospital. I don’t have a budget in mind, just collecting information for now. Am I able to use FSA funds to pay for these services? I plan to have an epidural and would like the labor & delivery process to be as quick and painless as possible.

We plan on giving birth at the hospital as it is our first and I found out I have gestational diabetes. We don't know what to expect for budgeting for a doula, we're hoping to have someone who's fully authorized and certified with Tricare for direct billing. Natural birth, hopefully unmedicated, lots of movement, and showers hopefully helping with the pain. I'm really wanting to try to deliver vaginally, but I'm nervous about my size and pain management.

Last time I gave birth it was like the nurses weren’t paying attention and keep telling to push, push, push. Talking to each other while holding on my legs. Then, she ask me to stop pushing immediately that she needed to call the doctor. The doctor barely had time to catch my baby when she came out of me. She came out so fast that I had a 3rd degree tear. I do not want to go through this again. I would also need help breastfeeding because last time I couldn’t and I really want this time around.

I want a natural home birth. Just want to make it as personable as possible for me and my husband. I want to have as much hands off as possible to allow my body to do what it knows to do on my own. Like to go through my Insurence if possible.

I am planning to give birth and st Joseph’s hospital, who accepts insurance and looking for a doula who will be with me through the whole labor and delivery portion as my husband will have to be home with our son.

My insurance doesn't cover doulas and I was wondering how much your full service is from not until labor and delivery . I have a lot of anxiety regarding giving birth and it's my first child and just looking for someone to talk with me prior and be there for my fiancé and I during.

Hello, I am looking for a labor support Doula for the birth of my first child in Late June/early July. I have not yet decided whether I will have a home birth, or of give birth at Naval Medical Center. I am planning to have a natural, unmediated birth and know I will need physical and emotional support through it.

I would do it in the hospital but I don’t want it to feel like I’m in the hospital, I don’t want the staff bombarding me and intervening every 5 seconds. I want to do it naturally, in better positions than what the hospital wants me to do… I’m not positive about all of the rest but I just want someone that’s going to vouch for me while I’m vulnerable and I fear my husband is too nice and they will walk all over him… I’m not even sure about an estimated budget but I do know I would need someone who takes tricare to help with the cost!
