I am planning to get an epidural if possible and would like guidance with using a peanut ball and laboring in different positions instead of only delivering on my back. I may want to try all-fours on the bed or side-lying with one leg supported. I also prefer for the placenta to remain attached until it stops pulsating. I currently have Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP (lowest plan) and would like to know if any portion can be reimbursed.
