Picking a hospital, and assisting with a birth plan

Would like to labor at home as long as possible or even until delivery if able. Other wise hospital. Budget is at 3500 for both labor and postpartum services. My birth plan is to avoid interventions as much as possible. I do not want to be induced unless medically necessary. No membrane sweeps or breaking of water, I would even love to skip cervical checks. I would love to water birth at home if safe and able. If not I would like wireless monitoring if available and to be able to move freely around the room. I would like to deliver in whatever position is most comfortable and protects the most from tearing. If he wants to I’d love for dad to catch the baby and deliver the news of the gender. I want to wait to cut the cord until it is done pulsing. I would like to protect the golden hour to bond with my baby. No immunizations or erythromycin ointment for baby. If a boy no circumcision until at least 8 days later with a pediatrician.

I am very flexible in my birthing location. I would like to do a birthing center, but a hospital would be okay as well, if needed. I do want to be able to get an epidural if the pain becomes overwhelming. I am not sure on my exact budget, as I am not sure the average prices for a doula or midwife. I’m delivering in a hospital looking to add personal support to my care team. I am unsure of average costs of doulas so unsure of budget. My birth plan is to use nitrous oxide until at least 7cm, if I am unable to feel present in my birth then I will elect to do epidural. Trying to be as understanding of what my baby needs from me in the time being. I want to prioritize breathing techniques and just being there working with her to bring her earth side.

Newton Hospital Budget - not sure yet Birth plan- to be able to give birth as natural as possible, have support/ education while going through this process and help my husband through as well.

I plan to give birth to my 4th baby at home. I have had a lot of stressful events happen during this pregnancy that have discouraged me in many ways. I haven't had any reliable transportation really to get back and forth to doctors visits so my doctor dropped me as a patient. I just feel it would be less of a headache to do it from the comfort of my own home. My budget is $500-$800 with a payment plan of some sort. I'm already 35 weeks so it wouldn't be very many visits.
