As a full-spectrum doula and founder of Sol Rise Doula, I am honored to support growing families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss with compassionate, evidence-based, and nonjudgmental care. My mission is to create a safe space where every family feels seen, heard, and supported. What to expect

At Sol Rise Doula, I provide compassionate postpartum support tailored to each family’s unique needs. Services may include newborn care guidance, feeding support, emotional wellness support, recovery assistance, sibling adjustment, light household help, and evidence-based education. My goal is to help families feel confident, supported, and cared for as they transition into life with their new baby. All families are welcome.
