I’m planning to deliver at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence with the midwives at the birthing center, and I’m based in Mansfield, MA. I’m looking for a doula who is experienced with Women & Infants and supportive of a midwife-led birth experience. This is my first baby and pregnancy, so looking for all the advice and support! I have United Healthcare through Harvard Pilgrim, so I’d also love to know whether you accept this insurance, offer reimbursement support, or can provide a superbill. This is my second baby after several years going through IVF. WIth my first, I really struggled during the postpartum period and found that my friends and family were not prepared to offer help, so I appreciate any support (both with caring for the baby, myself after a C-section, and my mental health) that can be offered.
