I've been exclusively breastfeeding and pumping for my daughter. I've had a bout of mastitis and it's gotten better. I'm now experiencing nipple pain as the areola where my daughter latches is tender. It's so tender that it hurts when rubs against my bra and shirts. I've gotten her latched assessed from another lactation counselor. I'm not sure why I'm having pain still. I'd love the help on getting to the route of the problem.

My birth plan is to use nitrous oxide until at least 7cm, if I am unable to feel present in my birth then I will elect to do epidural.
