I am looking for extra in any support that I can at the moment I’m currently going through a divorce and my husband is not going to be a part of any of the process or the babies life. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure what my budget is right now as I am new to all of this so I don’t know where it ranges and also I don’t have a birth plan because I’m not sure what that’s supposed to look like this is all very new to me and I’m under a lot of anxiety and I don’t even know where to start.

I lost a child to cosleeping my last pregnancy I was exhausted and by myself with a 2 year old and a newborn I fell asleep breastfeeding him and woke up when my husband arrived home to find he was dead. We are looking for overnight help for our baby, Thomas, who is almost 4 weeks old. He was born at 36 weeks, 4 days and was 5lbs 5oz, so we were instructed to combo feed with breast milk and formula. He takes bottles most of the time and breastfeeds occasionally. Since he was a preemie, we are having trouble figuring out how much he should be eating, so in addition to helping with overnight care we are hoping to get some help with feeding patterns.
