This process is new to us but think we want someone in the morning from 7 AM to around 11 AM Monday through Friday that can assist with feedings, cleaning breast pumps, and storing milk, changing and bathing our child and getting him back to sleep, He is six weeks old and we live in King William Virginia. I have 2 newborns. One born 10/22/2025 and another born 12/18/2025. One of which are not mine but I need help just so I can sleep at night. That’s all I need it sleep.

I need help getting my baby to latch onto my breast to feed, she will latch occasionally but only when she’s sleepy or doesn’t realize it’s the breast. She is 3 months old and I’m hoping it’s not too late to have her latch.. I am currently pumping but I would really like help getting my baby to exclusively breastfeed. Any help is appreciated! Hi - We are looking for a nanny for our son, Max. He was born on 10/18. I’m currently on maternity leave but will return to work on 1/7. I’d like to start with someone a few hours a day now (4-6 hrs) and then transition to full time if all works out when I return to work in January. We are Dan and Huong and live in Croatan in Virginia Beach. Max was born via surrogate after 8 years of infertility. I work from home and Dan goes to work daily. I’m from the DC area but my background is Vietnamese. Dan grew up in Ohio and his background is Ukrainian. We are looking for someone with someone with vaccinations as Max is so young: TDAP, Covid, flu. Experience infant care, can help with diapering, feeding, active wake windows, getting Max down for naps. We have a sweet 12 year old poodle - so must be okay with dogs (but you don’t need to walk him). The only housework we’d need is related to Max - getting his bottles loaded and unloaded in the washer, and his laundry on occasion, keeping his room and play area tidy. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.

Need help at night so I can get a good night’s rest and essentially be able to “reset”, so I am able to be a better mom in the long run. I currently feel that because I am so sleepy during the day, that I’m not as good of mom. I want to have the energy during the day to be more productive as well.

I would like a nighttime nurse who specializes with newborns for my twins who are due this August.
