Need help at night with 7 weeks old with larynx malasia

I am looking for a doula who can help me feed through the night. I am pumping milk and using formula. I may need a doula during the day to do cooking and cleaning. Baby needs help sleep training in a bassinet. Estimated budget would be 1,000 -1,500 for a 2 weeks.

Our newborn has bad acid reflux but is managed throughout the day. In the evenings it seems to get significantly worse & she becomes inconsolable. We’re getting so upset that we can’t help our baby so we’re hoping to have someone work alongside us to monitor what’s happening & see if we can pinpoint something to help.

I will be giving birth in a hospital in Indian trail NC. I want to see different options as far as budgets. I want to be able to get as much rest as possible because I do already have a 1 year old that co-sleeps with us.

I've been exclusively breastfeeding and pumping for my daughter. I've had a bout of mastitis and it's gotten better. I'm now experiencing nipple pain as the areola where my daughter latches is tender. It's so tender that it hurts when rubs against my bra and shirts. I've gotten her latched assessed from another lactation counselor. I'm not sure why I'm having pain still. I'd love the help on getting to the route of the problem.

I am currently pregnant with twin, and have 6 children ahead of them ranging in ages from 13 to almost 2, including a set of twins. Having struggled through the newborn phase with our previous twins we’re looking for an extra set of hands. We will be delivering in Greeneville TN but we live in Bristol TN/Abingdon VA.

My baby is around three weeks old and has just had upper and lower lip tie releases. I am currently pumping because she will not latch and did not have a good latch before as well. I wanted to see if I could find some support in helping her learn to latch and possibly any information on how to get more milk while pumping.
