Looking for extra support after my child is born. I wont have family other then my older grandparents and my boyfriend to help post partum. Im high risk for post partum depression and know that lack of sleep will deeply impact my ability to mother until a routine is established. i am having a c-section with my fourth child. I am not really sure a budget to have since i have never looked into this. If $300 a week was possible for a few nights a week that would be great. i know my insurance pays for a prenatal doula but not sure about a postpartum one.
