Our daughter is 1 month old and as you may know, she is on the clock with feeds every 2-3 hours. My wife pumps every 4 hours and most nights I’m unable to take over feeds so she’s only getting an hour or two here and there. We are hoping to find a certified and licensed professional with the most experience(10-20 years) with taking care of newborns. Speaking Korean would also help. We are hoping to find help between 1230AM-830AM about 1 or 2 days a week; preferably Saturday and Sunday. Again, our daughter is 1 month and 4 days old, no special needs and just like any other baby, feeds every 2-3 hours. She hasn’t been defecating lately, but it usually comes every other day at the moment which is causing her to wake up in between naps and have a witching hour as they call it. She also has been spitting up a lot after her feeds so we try to either hold her and burp her for 45 minutes/until she falls asleep. While she is asleep however, she may spit up in her bassinet and we keep monitoring periodically (almost every 15-20 mins) so she can be changed out of her clothes immediately. 3. We do not need any additional duties but to make sure our daughter is tended to with her feeds and soothed throughout the night , diapers changed, monitor spit ups, and really just to keep her sleeping as much as possible. We are hoping to find a qualified nanny at the $20/Hour.

Looking for extra support after my child is born. I wont have family other then my older grandparents and my boyfriend to help post partum. Im high risk for post partum depression and know that lack of sleep will deeply impact my ability to mother until a routine is established.
