Night nanny that would take care of my baby while I sleep. I will breastfed the baby, and I need someone who will let the baby sleep, change diapers. This is only 3-4 times a week, alternating nights for 3-4 weeks.

Hello, My husband and I are expecting our first child in June of 2027. We live in Cambridge, MN. At this time, we are exploring options for a newborn night nanny/doula. We are thinking we would want this support for the first 2-3 months or so, maybe longer. We are considering about 3-4 nights a week. Our first objective is to get more information on the services offered, rate, and availability. We also know we will be looking for a part-time nanny/doula during the day once I go back to work. That would probably be about 3-4 days a week from September 2027-June 2028. It's our best guessing at this point. Thanks for providing us with more insight!

We are a warm, thoughtful family expecting a baby boy and are seeking an experienced, compassionate night nanny (or newborn care specialist) to support us during the early postpartum period. What we’re looking for: * 5+ years of professional newborn care experience * Nursing background or certification strongly preferred * Calm, nurturing, and highly attuned to infant cues * Comfortable supporting a breastfeeding-centered approach (direct nursing and/or expressed milk) * Experience with gentle sleep shaping (not strict early sleep training) * Reliable, discreet, and respectful of a peaceful home environment * English required; French-speaking is a lovely bonus Responsibilities: * Overnight care for our newborn (primarily feeding, soothing, and monitoring) * Supporting healthy sleep rhythms for baby and restorative sleep for mom * Assisting with feeding (bringing baby to mom for nursing or bottle-feeding expressed milk) * Light baby-related tasks during the shift (e.g., bottle prep, tidying feeding area) Schedule: * Primarily overnight support (exact schedule to be discussed; open to 1–2 feedings/night or longer coverage depending on fit) Additional Notes: * We value a collaborative, respectful relationship and someone who can gently guide us with their expertise while honoring our parenting preferences * This is our second child, and we are prioritizing a more supported, well-rested postpartum experience Compensation: * Open and flexible; happy to discuss based on experience and scope of care

One baby girl on the way, currently looking for someone to cover 5-8 hrs of the night so I would be able to get some consistent hours of sleep. Looking for around $25/hr, most likely 2-3 days a week. Bottle prep and light housekeeping would be nice but not a requirement

Second birth in Maple Grove, Minnesota. I will be getting induced, likely due to Lupus. I will opt for an epidural. Looking for birth support, education to prepare, and support for my husband. Soon after our delivery date we will likely want 3 week nights / week of overnight help. We just started looking at this, so we aren’t sure what certifications, rates, etc. we want, but we are expecting to book ~30 nights of time, at hopefully a deal since we would be booking so many hours. I think we mostly just want baby care, but maybe some sleep training, and might want to add occasional cooking / cleaning dishes later (curious how the rates differ with the additional services)
