New Baby coming, interested in natural birth. Never done it before, don't know anything about it.
I am completely new to this. I would normally have my mom with me during labor as this is my first baby but my mom passed away 5 years ago and my sisters all live out state and some emotional and physical support would be nice. I would like to give birth in a hospital but without any medical interventions. I have no budget because I am so new to this.
Not a reliable car to get to hospital if needed. Hospital is 1 hr 30 minutes away. Plus id like to have professional help and consolations.
We'd ideally give birth in home as natural as possible. We'd also like exercises and other advice during the pregnancy. Encapsulation of the placenta would be great!
