I’m a Birth and Overnight Postpartum Doula who's been supporting birthing people in the St. Louis area for over decade. Additionally, I’ve been immersed in my career in Early Childhood Education since 2008. I've worked in daycare centers, been a live-in nanny for 7 years and ran my own in-home daycare for 8 years before closing and focusing solely on my doula work. Both of my careers marry together perfectly and together they have allowed me to help my clients build confidence in making informed choices every step of the way when it comes to laying the foundation for their parenting journey. Becoming a doula stemmed from a deeply personal journey for me. As a mother of 5, I have personally experienced the highs and lows of childbirth, including heartbreaking miscarriages, and scary pregnancy complications that left me feeling vulnerable and alone. These experiences ignited a spiritual calling within me to support and comfort other mothers during their birthing journeys. I saw the need for a compassionate advocate to stand by their side, providing guidance, emotional support, and a comforting presence throughout the transformative process of bringing new life into the world. It is through my own trials and triumphs that I found my purpose as a doula, driven by empathy and a heartfelt desire to be a source of strength for other women during one of the most significant moments of their lives. Hello! My name is Cierra and I am a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and breast/chestfeeding counselor. I offer birth and postpartum support, group and in-home childbirth preparation classes, breast/chestfeeding preparation and support to families in the Greater St. Louis Area. Hi there! I am a birth and overnight doula in the St. Louis area. I currently support parents during pregnancy through the first few months postpartum. During pregnancy, my goal is to help educate you so that you feel confident in advocating for yourself. During labor, I am there to help navigate each stage of labor through mental, physical, and emotional support. With my overnight support families, I am happy to handle all of the newborn care so you can catch up on valuable sleep. Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been a doula for 15 years. I specialize in supporting in hospital birth with a special focus in trauma informed care, pregnancy after loss or infertility, and high risk factors. I offer preconception through postpartum services including doula support, childbirth education, babywearing, biologically normal infant sleep support, newborn care classes, lactation support, and more. I am a mother of four and a Southern Baptist by faith. I am passionate about serving all families regardless of background, and believe every mother, baby, and family deserves to be held with tender care and loving support.
