About me

My name is Steffanie Thomas and I have been a doula since 2015. I love serving expecting families in whatever birth they believe to be healthiest for them. My passion is to help families understand ALL of their options available to them. And to help create a calm birth space so that birth can happen as it needs to. I understand the innate wisdom that women carry & encourage them to follow their intuition.

Service introduction

I have been a birth doula since 2015. I provide support to families during the prenatal stage, to help them prepare for birth. I provide comprehensive resources available through an online portal to help families prepare for birth. As well as two in-person meetings & unlimited support through phone/text during pregnancy. As well as support during labor & birth. I also can provide basic breastfeeding support & provide one postpartum meeting. I also provide private childbirth education classes.
