I was recommended to Stacey by my sister after I delivered my second baby. Even though I nursed my first child until she was about 20 months, I needed a refresher course. I scheduled an appointment for Stacey to come for a home visit about a week after we got home from the hospital. She provided us with plenty of recommendations to help us with the feedings, as well as some other things that we didn’t even realize that we could improve! Her pre- and post-feeding weigh in gave me all of the reassurance that I had been needing to know that my baby was eating enough! My only problem is that I wish I reached out sooner! We will definitely be using Lactation Express in the future and am recommending it to all of my pregnant or postpartum manas!

I was introduced to Stacey by a good friend of mine when I had my son. I was in a panic at home on a Friday evening with a newborn who was already down 8% birth weight and wasn’t latching. I called Stacey after 6pm hysterical asking for help, she didn’t have any apts available on her website but she made herself available. She talked to me over the phone that night, calmed me down and gave me tips. That Monday morning she came to my home and helped me with so much, she even saw my son had a tongue and lip tie after Drs in the hospital told me he didn’t have one! I was obviously very concerned over his weight loss so she weighed him before and after feedings to reassure that he was in fact getting milk and eating. Almost 8 months later now and I am still EBF my sweet boy. I couldn’t have gotten this far with out Stacey’s help. I am so thankful for her!!!

Great experience ! Found Stacey on Google. I needed someone to come out ASAP. As a third time mom, every baby breastfeeds differently. With all my knowledge, I was still struggling. My baby would latch then push off. Stacey came to our home and we went over everything. As my newborn was learning how to feed still, she gave me some great advice on how to make sure I don’t loose my supply. She was extremely sweet and patient.

Stacey was absolutely wonderful and so incredibly helpful with getting my son to breastfeed better. My son spent 5 days in the NICU and it was a real struggle with breastfeeding. He was unable to nurse for the first three days and then had latching issues once we actually started trying. We were still having issues when we came home and I was resolved to pump exclusively so he would still get breast milk. Stacey gave me great advice and showed me the best ways to get him to latch and different cues to look for when he’s nursing. I’m very happy to say I’m now only nursing him and he’s doing amazing! I haven’t needed to pump in almost a week now and I’m so happy to have that time back in my day to spend with my son and my husband. So grateful for everything Stacey has done.

I had an amazing experience with Stacey. I had my first baby in July 2021 and Stacey came to my house when she was about 2 weeks old. We were struggling with a shallow and very painful latch. After a rough experience breast feeding with my first child, I knew I wanted help to successfully breastfeed my second. I had Stacey come for an in-home visit when my baby was 3 days old and am so glad I did. She assessed my daughter for tounge ties and found a upper tie. She was very knowledgeableon what a upper tounge tie could effect and on the steps to take to get it further evaluated. Stacey then helped me fix my hold and how I was getting the baby to latch. Stacey was great about watching first and then giving gentle advice on how to fix what I was doing. I felt like she really took time to make sure I was feeling more confident in getting the baby to latch correctly. Since Stacey came I have been more successful in my breastfeeding journey and Stacey has checked in to see how I am doing with it. I will definitely be recommending her to moms!

I found Stacey through a hospital recommendation when my daughter was 4 days old. I was immediately impressed by her website and the available information, so I scheduled an in-home visit with her. She arrived right on time, which was so helpful as it was just about time to nurse again, and she got right to work weighing our daughter and asking questions about our progress. She was able to tell me, show me and guide me through correcting our shallow latch issues. She assessed our daughter for a lip tie and provided some suggestions that we could explore if we chose to. Her approach was professional but gentle and I knew she really cared to be sure we felt confident before she left. She followed up after the visit with encouragement and gentle reminders. We’ll absolutely be scheduling a follow up after her lip tie eval and recommending her to friends. She is truly the only reason we’re still breastfeeding 2 months in!
