I am looking for either a labor doula or a postpartum doula. If my baby is born via cesarean, I'm looking for a labor doula who can provide postpartum services instead- so someone who is flexible to switching should my labor needs change closer to my due date.

Estimated budget is $2000-2500 at most, but I would love to be able to stay under that amount. I'm still making decisions about my birth plan and would love recommendations from my doula about that. Dear Pippa, My husband Sam and I are expecting our second child in mid September of this year. Sam will take off one week to ten days for paternity leave and then another week or so later in the year. We have a two year old son (Hugo) who will be in school from 8:30 to 1:30 Monday through Friday. I would like to speak with you about our specific needs, but I think it would be something like three days for five hours in the first week I’m home from the hospital, five days for five hours the next week, and then maybe two or three days for four hours the week after that. Stamford/Norwalk area is the anticipated delivery area I have husky so looking for someone who is covered by them. Additionally willing to discuss payment options for additional services outside of husky My birth plan is to deliver naturally the vaginal route and leave the hospital healthy and with healthy babies.
