First baby, will birth at Hackensack University Medical Center. I live in Jersey City NJ. Would love an unmedicated birth but I’m flexible with wherever this birth takes me. I am new to the idea of having a doula. I would like to do more preparation work to hopefully have a smoother delivery. My first experience of childbirth, ended in a natural delivery that was forceps assisted, and I had 3+ hours of pushing before we decided between forceps or C section.
